Silver-plate - Filigree Pocket Flask

5” tall by 3” wide pocket flask with a solid metal bottom that covers the glass flask and the top half is an open work Filigree. The bottom is silver-plated and the top may be either pewter or was once more heavily silvered?
One side seam on the bottom piece is split but it doesn’t really affect the value of the flask.
There are no makers marks on the flask.
